Stained Glass Windows

The ‘Stained Glass Windows’ series covers a wide range of stained glass windows. Stained glass is a form of art often seen in churches. It uses a combination of lead (Pb) and coloured glass to form a kind of line-art with coloured pieces. In this series we insert pieces of glass into coins to depict the unique beauty of the original stained glass while also depicting the church, cathedral or other religious building that the stained glass is originally from. This series in specific focuses on stained glass windows and every coin follows a similar design process.
